Has Bort come out yet to say if he's nerfed kicking?
I know there has been a lot of talk about it and a lot os second guessing based on what could just be coincidence, but I was wondering if there is anything definite out there.

I saw that post.
I was looking for soemthing definite from a moderator.
There was mention of Bort discussing it in the thread you attached, but I still can't find Bort's admission of nerfing.

Bort did admit to wanting to adjust Kicking, but I don't know if he's done it yet, or not

I suspect he has from the first sim. My level 17 K wasn't allowed to try from the 31.5 yard line, despite being 6/9 from 40-49 yards last season (incl. playoffs).

It seems like the only part of kicking that was nerfed was strength. Just can't kick as far anymore for fieldgoals.

Yes, kicking has been nerfed big time! OUCH!

2 for 5 today! Missed 2 from under 50 yards and 1 from under 40?

I only missed 6 kicks period last year!!!!

Something is definitely happening, because my guy all of last year missed four field goals from 30-39 yards and in the first sim. he already missed one. I can buy that happening but he also missed one 20-29 yards which last year he didn't miss one inside 29 yards, I am pretty sure Bort has something to do with that

I just went 0 for 2 with my level 16 K.

At least I made my extra points.

i had a perfect season 3 on extra points....first scrimmage game this season my lvl 17 kicker went 3 for 6

fyi...my level 4 kicker just went 7 for 7 on pat's

My LVL 12 was 2-2 on FG (<29) and 8-9 PATs

did anyone kick a touchback today/yesterday?
NO ONE in my entire league hit one, and i usually hit at least one or two a game

My Kicker is still low level, I didn't not see any real change in Kicking. However, my Punter who was banging out 40 yard punts last season managed 26 yarders in this first game. No touchbacks, just terrible punts. I assume that something was either changed or the sim is still choking on itself.
