I'm level 19 speed wr and am wondering where to allocate my future XP. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Get catching to 40 then keep pumping the speed/agility
for example my speedster lvl 24 is 40 catching 88 speed 59 agility 30 vision
good rule there.
