I am not counting Attempts and Completions due to some teams playing 2 QB's. You must have at least 10 pass attempts to qualify for the Completion % points. If you do not have 10 attempts you receive 0 points for that game.

Every 20 Yards Passing: 1 point
Every TD: 6 Points
Every INT: -3 Points
INT returned for TD: -3 Points
Completion 10%: -4 Points
Completion 20%: -3 Points
Completion 30%: -2 Points
Completion 40%: -1 Point
Completion 50%: 1 Points
Completion 60%: 2 Points
Completion 70%: 3 Points
Completion 80%: 4 Points
