Is the Power Back SA "Stiff Arm" based off of Strength or Agility? I'm planning on making a stiff arm back, Marion Barber style.

My guess is mostly strenght but also agility and vision to take the right angle to stiff arm the guy.

I'd assume strength.

Powerbacks need to get agility to at least 30 anyway so that should be enough. Vision should be high too. Strength is the key for that ability though

Vision doesn't just help you make cut backs anymore..

What else does it affect now that a power back needs?

Admittedly, a powerback doesn't need as much vision an elusive back, who will make lots of cuts and jukes and whatnot.

But rather, the powerback needs enough vision to find the hole, and then wait for the lead blocker.

From there his need for vision sort of ends because at that point he just bulls through people.

You know.....Bort has said that the SAs describe themselves well and the ones that actually need a physical attribute to be used well is said. If it doesn't say that you need anything to "activate" it, then you don't.

I am not just blowing wind here my back has had seasons of 1400 and 1200 yrds

Powerback abilites in order of importance
Strength
Speed
Carrying
Vision
Agility (by far the least important for a powerback) I only have 30 at level 25

SAs are very important for Powerbacks. You can't just be a stiff arm back and expect to be good though. You need to get Lower Shoulder, Stiff Arm, and Power Thru all high because they all trigger separately and combine to give you a very good chance to make tackles.
