Reporter: Eric, give us a few words about your outstanding game against the Firebirds.
Cooper: Well we were really training hard for this game, Phoenix is a damn good team, and we just got a great gameplan from our scouting department and the coaches and players did their job from there.
Reporter: Right, but 20 tackles? 2 forced fumbles? That's more than just a gameplan.
Cooper: Laughs Well I suppose so, I saw some comments from Phoenix about how we were just a stepping stone on their way to the Championship. Me and a couple of the other guys took that to heart and decided to show them what a real Championship defense looks like.
Reporter: What about your next game?
Cooper: You know as well as I do that they haven't released the next pairings yet, but if our front office is hearing the right things, looks like it's going to be Algeria. They're another team that ended the season with a loss, like us, so now they have something to prove.
Reporter: Any predictions for the game, something you want to tell the fans?
Cooper: Yeah, a little something to the Offensive Line of the next opponent. I'm coming hard and never leaving the field. You better bring the whole right side of the line if you wanna slow me down. Vikings all the way!
