Not really worried about Salary or Position (willing to play as backup), I'm just wanting out of the D-League.
I took a different approach and brought out my stats for a sort of even spread across everything usable for an OT - That makes me different than the normal Everything into Strength and Blocking build, but it seems to be working very well. I'm going to boost the next few levels as soon as it lets me to get the more important stats up a tad higher.
