Rich: Hey welcome everybody to NFL's Total Access. Today we have a very talented young man, that comes from OSU. Dallas Warriors own SS Eric Freeman. Eric welcome to the show.
Eric: Thank you Rich, glad I could be on the show today.
Rich: So, Eric let us talk about your teams season, it didn't turn out to good 3-13. What do you think about that?
Eric: Well Rich to be honest, I was not expecting a playoff year this season. Only because during the middle of the season we made some big time trades that altered the team and continued to do so throughout the season. Which for a bunch of people who haven't played together is hard to get into that groove.
Rich: How does the team get along now?
Eric: At first it was uneasy to play with people, who you never played a game with before. After that it was pretty bad, we had a lot of guys wanting to leave the team and play else where. Only because of our record, but soon afterwards we were able to talk things over and get people to stay. We are like a family now, just like how my buddy Cody Sealock said.
Rich: On that subject, are you and Cody Sealock buddies just on the field? Or are we talking off the field aswell?
Eric: Me and Cody are real good friends, me, him, Troy Aikman, and Kevin Lewis. We all get together here and there play a game of poker or just some golf. Which Kevin usually wins a lot of the times.
Rich: Just like one or two more questions, then we have to go to commercial.
Eric: That is fine Rich.
Rich: So being a SS do you consider yourself one of the best in the league?
Eric: I do not consider myself one of the best, I always want to improve myself. Also if you haven't noticed, I had a very big impact when I first started in the middle of the season, but since then I have been slowing down, making less tackles. I want to improve in my speed and my tackling.
Rich: Last question then we have to go. What team are you pulling for to win the championship this year?
Eric: Well us ofcourse haha. If that could only happen this year. I am actually pulling for the Detroit Millens, they have a pretty good solid team. But in general I hope any team from the western conference wins, and bring the championship to the western conference this year. My best of wish's to all the teams that are in the playoffs, good luck to you all.
Rich: Anything else you might want to add before we go?
Eric: Dallas Warriors, look out for us next season. Not going to release the details, but we are going to be changing a few things around, so that next season we are a threat.
Rich: Thank you Eric for being on the show.
Eric: Thank you for having me on the show Rich.
