A big welcome to you as well, adcylljr. I started as a charter member in this league during season 2. I was the true bottom-feeder of the league going 0-15 before winning my first game on the final game of the regular season. Our team's definitely getting better now. Stick with it and you'll get better as well. Keep faith with all of your players and keep your forums active. Keeping your players interested and sticking together is the key to success.
