He isn't a poor owner... in fact, he was a good owner who took that team from rags to riches in 2 seasons.
Many of the players on the team, me included, decided that we would rather try our hand somewhere else to get a different feel for the game.
I'm assuming it gets expensive/time consuming, when you have multiple players and multiple teams to GM/own.
Seawolves were a good team... we were just a couple players/plays short of being super bowl quality.

Umm, that team/franchise was ruined. He left it with no cash, no stadium upgrades and no players. Sorry that is not being a good owner. That is raping the franchise. He screwed over whoever is taking the franchise over and set it back 3 seasons.

The reason the players on our team left is because Berry let us know a few days ago that restructing our team might not be an option. Very few players on our team were willing to go to another team in our league, let alone stay on the Seawolves under a new owner.
Even in real life sports/businesses... when a company's ownership dissolves, it takes 2-3 years to restructure/get their head above water. When was the last time you heard of a professional team, who has been bought out, succeed the following year? Never happens.... players who don't fit the new scheme are cut, high priced free agents are often brought in, and cash is almost entirely depleted by the time the transaction occurs. Not to mention, that most professional athletes are reluctant to play for new ownership and often seek a trade/release as a result....

You do not see wholesale stripping/bankrupting of the team. This was not done in a day or two. Where did all the money go? He had 2 winning seasons to build on and a good owner would have had the money to transition. This is, at best an example of mismanagement. At worst it was intentional sabotage.
