Little bit of advice. I'd put less into vision and more into throwing. I mean, keep in mind that Vick was always said to have a strong arm, fast legs, but couldn't read the field well.

Just for authenticity.

As for why you haven't been signed... Well, it's probably because your throwing rating is a 12. Teams want QB's who can throw better then their OL. Recreate your character, do it until Kicking and Punting are both at 7, add into throwing, stamina, and speed. Then try and get signed.

Also, another reason could simply be that the game has yet to make it so you can differentiate the speed QB's from the pocket passers. When upgrades come and your GM/Owner can choose how often you run, then running QB's will be better to have.
