since most FSs use wrap up anyway, instead of boosting tackling, will more people boost the wrap up SA rather than tackling or how do you guys think it will work?

Don't know. It'll be interesting to see. Probably going to be a lot of high scoring games early next season.

I think Confidence, Agility, and Strength are going to be calculated into the tackling formula more now. Might add them together in different weighted values.

In my experience attributes being high will give you better results than high SA's. I would boost tackling before the tackling SA's because Tackle works on diving/wrap up tackles where the SA's work on one or the other.

vision more than agility, help against elusive backs

I think that all safties reguardless of build type are going to need to start putting a few points into wrapup tackling.
