Would it be better to have a elusive back with 6 quickcut and 5 head fake, or have a elusive back with 9 quick cut and 3 head fake? If it matters he has 53 speed, 58 agility and 38 vision.

6 quick 5 head. You probably won't notice quick cut too much unless you juke a lot I would imagine.
