alright your guy is named sir hard hitter.. thus you want to be a hardhitting safety. Your guy is going to be more of a role player type guy.. so really you should not focus at all on the passing SA's. It's too bad you can remove the pts you put into them.. because they are going to be a waste.
The HUGE problem you have is.. you are a hard hitting safety at lvl 17 and your strength is 15 and your tackling is 22?!?!?!?! Right now i would train strength while your putting pts into agility.. cuz right now your agility to speed ratio is messed up horribly bad. then wants you get agility to about 40... 45.. start putting points into tackling and strength. More than likely you will need to find a place on a team likely as a SS.. or maybe not. But if you are going to be a hard hitting safety.. you actually have to have the stats that make you hit hard

Your speed is almost useless without agility. I dont think you will have to put more points into speed until your 6th season. Remember, the safety is just a safety valve, not a CB, although you will cover WR's from time to time. And lay off the SA's for a while.

1.
Train on tackling all the time. Get agility to the soft cap a.s.a.p. and add some points into stamina.
2.
Train on strength. Get tackling to 40 - 45.
3.
Raise up strength and train up confidence / jumping.
That's what I would do if I were trying to build a hard hitting FS.
Your Coverage Abilities will be a lot of help - even if you stop the run (exept Swat Ball). So you probably might want to build them at least as long as it takes only 2 Skill Points to raise.
