Hey everyone, I dont like to air out my issues here but I am pissed off, I took over the Memphis Showboats this year, and I did try my very best to get people in and people who wanted out, out. So I get a PM from this guy who is asking me to be cut so he can retire..his lvl 17 HB btw..so after a few pms explaining I am trying to get this team going.. this is what I get

Haha, this team has SUCKED for 2 years now. Chemistry is low because EVERYONE wants to leave this team. It's pretty bad when you won ONE game all sks...but of course this team wouldn't do that. Regardless, I'll retire and make a DE...hopefully get signed by another team in the conference, and smash you guys. This team is pathetic...and I predict a 3rd losing season in a row...good luck on winning TWO games next year...it would be an accomplishment to say the least.

I concur with everyone above. Unfortunately though, he can only get benched until S4.7 when the contract runs out.

But having scouted you already for tonight's scrimmage, I'd say don't sweat him in the least. He's not a player you're going to miss, nor is he one you can't replace. There are a bunch of HBs out there with similar builds who are looking for teams in a good league. BBB15 definitely qualifies there!

Find yourself a new back, and either dump him during the offseason, or bury him on the bench until 4.7. You won't even notice he's gone!

Your team will get better. We took over a team that had 1 win, and now has 4, that's a 400% improvement. Your team will get better, and you will have some players who will be unhappy no matter what you do. I have had a few of them. What they do not understand, is these BBB leagues are tougher than most of the other leagues out there. Yes, we have better competition from top to bottom, than most of Africa, Canada, Asia, or Oceania. I have players in some of those leagues, and well it's just not the same.

I would also like to thank both you, and Las Vegas for taking the last 2 Scrimmage Games games seriously.

I cant comment on the players I am bringing in, but I can say at least 9 wins out of will not surprise me. I like this league we are in, and we will be a lot tougher in season 4

We look forward to the challenge - and as much as its hard to imagine /more/ parity in the East, I'm honestly glad to see any of the teams in this division do well.
