I saw that when it came up, congrats...still waiting the other results. I was somewhat suprised, I thought it would be a little closer than it was like 3 or a touchdown. Good season to both teams and represent the east in the finals Pitt.

So, who has home field in the Championship?

I think Tampa gets it but i'm not 100% sure. It would make sense since they are the higher seed overall.

East won more games than the West (10 to 6). Advantage Pittsburgh
We beat Tampa in week 16. Advantage Pittsburgh
They scored more points (608 - 537). Advantage Tampa
We gave up less points (147 - 60). Advantage Pittsburgh
The point differential was Tampa 449 and Pittsburgh 477. Advantage Pittsburgh

The reason I ask, is there has been so many different answers.

I'm hearing which ever side (East or West) wins the most games (East won 10, West won 6) hosts the game. Then record (which we'd be tied), then points scored (which would go to Tampa). But the first criteria is inter-conference games, so Pittsburgh will be the host of the Championship game.
