lowest level to the green bar for rushing is??

umm, it depends on how you're building your player?

I'm close...probably 13 for me but most take longer

I think it can be done by lvl 9 from what I understand. If you soft cap speed/agility I am pretty sure you hit green. I would also assume speed/str would do it but I could be incorrect.

no...agility is the most important to the rushing bar I think...went from 27 to 39 when I bumped agility up 15 points

My level 15 power back is capped in spd/str and doesn't have a green bar yet.

My level 13 elusive hit green at level 12.

speed and agility seem to really raise it up..
