Strength, more strength, more strength, and even more strength. Looks like you are building a NT. Put every sp into strength until you get to at least 55 without counting equipment. When you get to 2 for 1's (after 48.07, if you have a point left over and don't want to save it put it into stamina or agility.) I suggest taking strength all the way to 61 without counting equipment, but you don't have to do that. Once you are done with strength, start putting all your sp into agility until it is at 48.

Once strength is set,and agility is set, and stamina is between 25-30, you can start worrying about speed, vision, and confidence. Depending on how the new tackling formulas for season 4 work, you may or may not need to put a few points there.

Train on stamina every single day at the highest training intensity you can afford.

rage just gave you some great advice. next season, if you keep training stamina while putting sp into strength and then agility, your speed/conf/vision will be too low next season, but that's what building a DT involves.
