Train vision a little wile longer, and use your next couple of levels to get strength to a natural 48. I'd also put my equipment points in there, as strength is a key attribute for both blocking, power running and even defense (Not that you'll get a use for it very often). I very much favour strength over blocking for that reason, and because when lead blocking linebackers and safeties you don't need a great deal of blocking to hold them for 1-2s to let the HB past. High strength and average blocking (In my case 70 str and 37 blocking) is usually enough.
That's not to say you shouldn't put points into blocking, I know I will increase mine when I boost, but the reason O-linemen go for 60+ blocking is that they're blocking linemen with maxed strength, agility and lots of points in shed block. Linebackers and safeties are usually build for speed and have below 40 strength. I suspect that may change as the game progresses, but for now that's the case.
After that I'd put points in Vision to get it to 30 or so; will help your blocking a lot, I know mine improved a lot going from 22 to 32 when I boosted.
Once that's done I'd probably split my points between agility and blocking, while training confidence.
So in short;
1) Strength to natural 48
2) Vision to ~30 (More wouldn't hurt)
3) Agility and Blocking to ~40.
4) Depends on what you want to do. Some rushing SAs perhaps. You've got some time to think about that though.
That's my take on it anyway. I don't claim to be an expert, but I have at least some idea what I'm talking about.
