thats where most runs go so i would boost strength to to mid 50s to 60 first ,need to fight off blocks,get tackling over 30,then agility then speed,daily train visionand confidence vision over 30

Probably don't really need that much speed if your trying to be a contain/run stopping DE.

I disagree, you want speed to the soft cap regardless. You can cut off those outside runs with the extra speed, and turn some hurries into sacks. First priority is to get strength to the soft-cap of 48, and put a lot of equipment in it, though - then you can work on spd/agi. I'd get all three to 48 (without equipment), training tackling, confidence, and vision in the meantime.
