After a five day stretch that saw Compton Cougar star Corner Chris Grim listened to nearly one-hundred offers from various teams in various leagues within GLB, a noticeably tired and worn out Grim took the stand to announce his decision.
In just over two-seasons the Canadian product has seen himself play for three teams (Mukesh, Kendari, and Compton) emassing 175 tackles, 10 interceptions, and 81 passes defended.
While the season started with a very happy Grim the relationship between the two quickly strained following arguments between the Toronto native and the teams offensive Coordinator sf49r09 and a disappointing season that saw the club miss the playoffs for the first time in the teams existence.
“I didn’t come by this decision easily. I’ve lost a bit of sleep and have stressed myself out in the last 5 days trying to decide where my perfect fit would be. With all that said I would like it to be on record that as long as nothing changes between now and the off-season, and the team decides not to sign me, I will be playing for…”
Reaching down for something Grim pauses for a second before bringing up a personalized #24 jersey and it became clear.
