Ok, what's the secret? I've seen teams that have like level 1 CPU players on them...did I miss something? These teams are well over the 40 man minimum.

The only thing I can think of is putting them in the depth chart to snooker your opponent into thinking your team is poor in a specific category.

It might be something some are using to water down the average (or median, can't remember which is used)level; thereby giving them a little more room to bring in quality talent without penalty.
