Warrior General Games

It works on double teams, yet on running plays I am almost always solo blocked and voila great way to negate the ability!
Then on passing plays I am often double, triple, or quadruple teamed and all the SA does in that situation is slide me out to the DE position because it doesnt actually "Break Through" instead it "Slides off"

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I thought the sliding was Shed Block

Are there some examples of Break Through "working"?

^ Holy crap at that guy. Yellow pass rush bar and he just blows by people. Must have crazy speed/first step/agility/shed block.

Hmm, actually in that second one it almost looks like the NT performs a Break Through?

Its wierd, when I'm pass rushing all of a sudden I just launch a few yards to the side, but with these guys its a lot more fluid. That DE is pretty impressive.

Holy sh...that's got to be the best DT on GLB. He looks better than MMDK, and that's not something that I say, like, ever.

More just level mismatches isn't it on his biggest games, can pick out half a dozen plays from my DT's last game against a mismatched LG and it'll be pretty much the same.


EDIT:This would be shed block, started getting sacks on my DT since I raised SB to 7.

I'd be interested to compare a DT with high Strong Base and low shed block, to one that has high Shed Block and low strong base.

Think it's going to be more a matter of situation, if you outlevel opposing O-line, strong base and brute strength would yield good results, if your going to be equal or lower than your opposition it may be worth trying to slide off them with shed block.
