train between tackling and strength.
Being a STer, you don't need stamina, although if you're planning on getting starting gig soon, you're gonna need it.
Put the SPs into vision agility and speed.

he doesn't need that much speed for a level 9 imo. i'd put em into just agility and vision

depends what league he's in. if he's not in one of the brand new leagues then he is gonna be facing WRs and RBs that have 60+ speed. the other guys are right; speed, vision (saves u energy because you'll pick the hole on ST) and agility. if you set your tactic to wrap up tackle you won't need to put a whole lot of points in tackling. i would train your strength for now that way when you do get on the field the RBs don't just run you over. and you should put some points into your catching and jumping

remember that1guy that your FS lines up on WRs a lot more than a SS does so there are different needs. and against running backs it's all agility because you'll be facing them and speed won't help you when they juke and go right past. if you aren't facing them and they've already passed you, put more points into closing speed. in our last game my SS outran a CB on my team (tracking down a WR) that had almost 30 more points into speed
