It's about how much you play and are used. You want to play on hard, then look at your energy at the end of the game then you're fine. If you are used on special teams ect then you need more than the guy that doesn't.
That being said... 44 does sound like overkill... doesn't matter how long you are on the field if you don't have the other stats to help your team win
yeah, too much. i did 68 plays as a starter and played special teams and finished with 69 energy but i only have 34 in stamina. if you have stamina equipment redo it and drop it back to about 40 and that should be perfect.
