he only really lets up small gains, but he is kindof slow for awhile and then he is extremely fast? is there something wrong? He also doesn't get that many INTs because hes not thrown on much, but shouldnt he have more INTs with the catching, vision, speed, and agility he has?

im level 20 now and i had 3 PD and 1 INT while allowing no catches, i didnt have any tackles either. Should i add the next 5 points to sticky hands, first step, and whatever is left to agility?
