He's killing D-League? What's his stats for this season? What's the competition? Strength improves the carrying bar, probably because it should help break tackles. It also might allow you to wrestle a ball away from a CB for more catching.

edit: ok, i see a link edited in. *takes a look*

edit2: He's great at breaking tackles. I doubt many CBs at the D-League level are heavily vested in strength or tackling. Heck, many CBs at higher levels are not.

At the D-leagues, I don't know if many CBs will have enough of a speed/agility advantage over that WR to have a huge advantage. If that WR can find a way to continue to get receptions at high levels, he'll be a CB's nightmare.

8 receptions per game through 4 games... maybe strength improves your push-off ability lol

He's on my team and getting all the receptions

if my speed wasnt so high and my wr wasnt KR i dont know how well he would do now. as soon as this new wr joined my wr got appointed to kr and his receptions went down

hes been going crazy since level 1 with all his sp into strength

I have one too.

If you're going to go the strength route... neglecting agility is a bad thing.

Interesting that his YAC isn't massive. How much is from broken tackles after the catch?

It's not massive yet because for most of that he had like 15 speed.

Right now he looks like:

Strength: 36 Blocking: 10
Speed: 40.98 Tackling: 8
Agility: 27.98 Throwing: 8
Jumping: 17.65 Catching: 20.26
Stamina: 14.76 Carrying: 14.5
Vision: 20.98 Kicking: 9
Confidence: 16.83 Punting: 9

I'm not putting anymore points into speed (10 of it is from equipment) and all the rest of my points are going into agility, catching, and strength.

So his yardage is coming from the catches rather than breaking tackles after them is what i mean?

I'd be willing that his YAC without broken tackles is close to zero

He's only gotten like 2-3 yards of YAC with the catches he broke tackles because for most of the season he only had 15 speed, so he got ran down rather easily.

are we talking about the guy i posted or yours....

because the guy im talking about at level 1 and 2 was averaging 7,8 catches a game and only spent points on strength. he is level 5 now and still has most of his points on strength and is still dominating.

I ended up going speed/agility/vision first but now i'm focusing on strength, catching, and carrying probably.

I hope to boost and get strength up to ~ 30, and catching up to ~ 25.
