I have 48 vision @ level 4. I'm currently training speed and that should be to 48 by level 8. I know I may need more stamina but I'm only playing on Normal for now. I'm unsure how much Catching and Jumping I need but I think I am fine for now.

With your stamina that low, I'd be playing on Relaxed to get more plays. After all, it's only a D-League team.
Unless you've got some SP saved up right now, I don't see how speed's going to be 48 by level 8.
You'll probably regret the equipment in stamina at a later level.
I don't think catching and jumping are that good, but I agree with leaving them alone for now.
I'm not trying to knock your build; I'm just thinking out loud.

I might switch to Relaxed. I'll have to check the number of plays I got from last time. I have some SP saved up and I'm doing a new method but I think I have my calculations wrong - I should have 48 speed by level 9 or 10, probably 10.
I am going to sell the stamina equipment (only cost $2000) once I get stamina higher on its own, and replace it with most likely speed equipment.
Thanks for the input.

I would still have done it the other way around , capping speed first off , but doesn't matter .
cap speed , then agility and then catching .
Put down to relaxed , you'll get more plays . D-league means nothing so you shouldn't think about performing , just get your build good .
But could still be that you have to put some in stamina , depending on how many plays you get compared to the other WRs .

I got 39 plays last game playing on Normal, and I was 3rd on the depth. #1 on the depth chart just got released so now I'm the #2 starter. I'll switch to Relaxed though so I get at least 50 plays.
I'm currently training Speed, and I'll follow your advice of Agility -> Catching.

Good , I've never played in D-league but I would've liked to , because it gives you a good start where you should only focus on making a build that will be good when you get out of D-league or maybe even later .

stay on normal, you'll get more EXP than on relaxed. Relaxes has an XP penalty. You've got a good plan if you can stick to it.

Because it's not true.

Yeah I'm pretty sure of that too , I've never heard any mod/admin say anything else than it has nothing to do with it , other than when playing relaxed your skill points go down 10 % .

about half way down...playing on relaxed gets you less XP
Asheme, the mod who said that, provided a possible reason for the XP discrepancy. I disagree with his assumption. I think the XP discrepancy was because of the positional differences. I went back and compared my CBs at their low levels and their XP gained per game. My early CBs played on Normal and gained less XP per game than my later CBs who played on Relaxed. I disagree with Asheme and the fact that Relaxed will give you less XP per game.
