I was wondering a few things about Special Abilities.

First and foremost, nobody was really clear in my last topic. Does it cost 5 points to go from 8 to 9 in the first 4 special abilities?

Secondly, for those of you who have tried, is there really any difference between 9 and 10 in a SA?

Yes, it costs 5 points from 8 to 9 without custom equip boost

I hate to be a dick, but

10 > 9.
