What's the secret to building a pass rushing DT compared to building a run stopping one. And which build is more sought after?

Both I assume. Pass rushing is more glamorous. Run stuffing (NT) is pretty overlooked. A good DT has a good NT next to him usually. NT will have a lil more emphasis on strength and DT will have a lil more emphasis on agility.

Exactly.

Strength and Agility are the two main attributes for both DT and NT, the difference comes in secondary atts. where they both need tackle and vision, but the DT needs to add speed. So a DT (pass rusher) will need to spread points a little thinner than a NT (run stuffer) and may take a little longer to develop.
