Yup, you guys feel free to make our game plan. I'll pick the average or something. Here's the offensive gameplan for SNK for our last goose egg.
_________________________________________________

Personnel Tactics

QB: No preference, no long ball.

HB: Elusive settings for all.

FB: Run block.

TE: Run block

WR: Run block, elusive carries.

Oline: Run blocking.

Game Tactics:

Run/Pass Percentages:

Run 45% Pass 55%

Run Play Calling

Inside Run: 40% Outside Run: 60%

HB Run: 97% FB Run: 3%

Pass Play Calling

Short Passing: 15% Medium Passing 70% Deep Passing 15%

WR Passing: 70% TE Passing: 20% HB Passing: 10%

As usual, let me know you're ready.

Starters will be forced in on 3rd down, inside the redzone, and inside of 2 minutes.

Personnel Tactics

QB: No preference, no long ball.

HB: Elusive settings for all. <--- Bad idea, asking power backs to play elusive doesn't work, I have a power back and know that first hand! Pass Block, Wrap up tackle ish.

FB: Run block.

TE: Run block

WR: Run block, elusive carries.

Oline: Run blocking. <--- not the best idea really, main O-line-men should be pass blockers I would say.

Random ideas anyway

Personnel Tactics

QB: No preference, no long ball. Good

HB: Elusive settings for all. I don't really like the elusive settings. Power backs should be on power, and we tend to alternate between elusive and combo for our elusive backs

FB: Run block.

TE: Run block

WR: Run block, elusive carries. See the HB comment

Oline: Run blocking. Why run blocking? Your game strategy looks to be throwing, so either set them on combo, or pass. If you have been losing, then you have been getting behind and throwing alot? I'd put them on pass block

Game Tactics:

Run/Pass Percentages:

Run 45% Pass 55% Ok setting for a decent passing attack

Run Play Calling

Inside Run: 40% Outside Run: 60% This setting kind of decides how well you drive the ball in the red zone. If you are dancing around the edge, then you are not powering up the middle, and your red zone will tend to suffer

HB Run: 97% FB Run: 3%

Pass Play Calling

Short Passing: 15% Medium Passing 70% Deep Passing 15% Pretty normal

WR Passing: 70% TE Passing: 20% HB Passing: 10%

As usual, let me know you're ready.

Starters will be forced in on 3rd down, inside the redzone, and inside of 2 minutes.
This is something you can do, but your starters will wear out fast. I might only do that in the fourth quarter, and maybe force those starters for the last 5 minutes or so.

Please realize though, I am the owner of Crimson. I have an Offensive Co=ordinator who has some very different opinions than I do, so take my comments with a grain of salt

Also if your RG doesn't have good agility and speed you should never have a high % of outside run because he'll never get to the outside in time to make a block.

Not passing enough. Also the deep passing could be longer. You gotta go for it against the good teams.. and short passes are nice and safe, they should be at 25% at least.

Pass more to your WR, TEs are open sometimes, but they're terrible receivers they can't score TDs. I would also force starters on every 3rd, 4th, and redzone play, and also the last 5 minutes of the half.

If you can't get pressure on defense, set blitz to about 50% that should rattle the QBs cage.
