Does anybody else have a safety playing out of position?

My team has 3 FS. We used to have a SS, but he started getting inactive alot, wouldn't show up for 2 weeks at a time and then wouldn't change his training to relaxed during the season. Anyway...

Me and the other FS swap off between the SS position. It seems to work without a hitch. I would just like to have super vision earlier in the SA tree than 4, like the SS do.

Anybody else have any experience with this?

I read somewhere it is about a 5% stat hit for similar positions... so SS to FS, FB to HB, ect.

That might have been just speculation, but unless we are told by bort, ect. there is no real way to know...

I thought that the stat hit only occurred if the player was significantly out of position. Like a FS playing CB.

think it is very little for small changes... then it gets big for major changes...

I've heard FS to SS and vice versa has a negligible stat hit.

Probably a fairly significant one, but he didn't seem to do too badly on the play though!

my guy: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=92512 plays a lot of CB. even made the leagues "pro bowl" at CB last year...

btw: that is also the reason, why i put some points into the shutdown ability! otherwise i'm soft capping speed, agility and vision and spend the other points wisely now and then...

BTW, is there an unofficial listing for soft capping major FS/SS skills? Would be interested in discovering those values. Thx.
