In my opinion, it should be at least 30 by level 13-14. You won't do any good if you can run with your receiver all day, but then find they can jump right over you.

Most receivers also neglect jumping so it isn't a problem often. But when it is, you definitely notice.

Doesnt jumping effect how well you swat balls as well as make ints?

I was thinking about getting it up after I bring a few other things up

The Swat Ball SA enhances jumping, so unless jumping ability is trained up, it is a waste of points to put some into Swat Ball. Also seems to me if most WR's are ignoring jumping, a CB or Safety who trains it up will have an advantage. Jumping also helps with Diving Tackle, another SA wasted if you don't train up jumping (for safeties).

I've not seen proof of this. Did Bort say that? It's not in the SA description.

I am testing how much jumping affects CB in a new CB that I am making. He will have jumping be his primary attribute.

Probably one of the worst assessments I have heard up to date.
I consider swat ball to be one of the most effective SAs any CB can have
Just because you cant jump does not mean you cant swat a ball, that is ridiculous

your point is only true if every ball is throw 10 feet in the air

Makes me wonder why this is an important measurable at the NFL combine then. To swat the ball you usually have to jump, if you are shorter than the WR or if he has gotten a little behind you, you have to jump even higher. If you think logic is excluded from a gaming program you need to go back to checkers.

I doubt that. My FS still has low jumping (16.5), but I've swatted balls (after I got this SA up) even if the WR seemed to already have caught that ball. Personally I think, Swat Ball gives the defender some extra time before the catch is completed.
