Not sure why this isn't written down anywhere? Or if it is I can't find it. What are the guidelines for teams moving up and teams moving down?

8 Down from Pro (bottom 4 non-playoff per lg). 8 Up from AAA (top 4 rd1 winners per league). Support does random stupid shit when teams gut and a spot is open, like give the team to whoever sends support a message that they read at the right time.

I thought on day 42 teams were promoted or demoted ??

Also players age 160 on day 40 were updated to age 161 so they could sign a contract with a new team.

How does a team not lose any chem (STAY at 100 for everything) after reseting and letting go a bunch of players? just curious because that would be nice

Because the team lost ownership d41, all dots were signed somewhere else while the team was CPU and got ownership back before rollover d41 > d42
