That's the trait costs that fit under the salary, as you see it's tight. I'm looking for someone to run the offense, they can have all the builds, some of the builds or none and just run it. We can definitely discuss the traits and switch them around for builds on offense as long as they don't cost more. Full offense is open for dots, defense only has four spots left!
