Warrior General Games

Can anyone ping DD or Bort for me? I somehow locked myself out of my real account (slughead42, https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/home.pl?user_id=376709 ) five days ago now. I created this account so I could put in a support ticket, since clicking on the "Forgot Username or Password?" link just gets me to an error page when I enter my user name or email address, and doesn't generate an email for me to fix it myself or anything.

My team won our first round playoff game today, I would LOVE to get back in in time to at least look at a gameplan before our next one, but...

Anyway, if anyone can help me get noticed in any way, I'd appreciate the help.

Edit: I already PM'd DigitalDaggers directly as well as putting in a Support ticket, it is unread so far.
