Does the game still sim every other day? Any league I can play in that sims daily?

Is there a GLB3 yet? (I prefer the dots of GLB1 to the pixels in GLB2)

- what's the difference between regional & national pro leagues? I can see the age ranges and suggested levels -- but how do teams promote/demote to them? What's the criteria?
- best time to buy a new team? (1st day of season 95?)

We just talk about season 100 sarcastically. Nothing is planned. Game will probably keep running until the cost of maintaining passes the amount of flex purchased.

So, I buy the team on day 42 and the team will properly be a rookie team that can accept 0-20 day old players? (ie: the team won't "promote" on day 1 of s95?)
