It's nothing against the players.

It's about the "They must start! " comment.

Maybe you will find some teams that can accommodate that, but I doubt it.

It is nice to see some Free Agent players available though. Good Luck

Yeah... way back when (long before leaving Beta) PT mattered to the growth of dots. Now it's just being on a roster gets you equal experience and most teams rotate players like beef on a rotisserie grill. (Meaning constantly.)

Equal playing time is what you should be asking for NOT I must be the starter.

Perhaps you should be happy to get on a team where you can play every game to gain XP and strategically build WL-quality dots.
If they all "must start" at mid-build, I can guarantee not all of them will be WL-stud quality at end build. Some positions take the full 280 to get to elite level.

Rather than making such lofty edicts (starter demands), perhaps look for a quality owner or organization that will either house you to 280, or look to give you a 'till 480 home. In the end it is your dime, just sayin...

FWIW, some of your dots look nice, others seem experimental. Either way, it is good to see a group of uncommitted dots coming down the pike. Might I suggest looking at some of the top builds and trying to emulate a number of the characteristics to help improve your chance at success by 280. For example, Height, Weight, atty focus and so forth.

Whatever the case, all the best and hope you stick with it!

Its far better to be on a team that uses your dot correctly than to be on a team where its a 'starter'
