Generally speaking hitting 107 in your primary is considered good. Has anyone hit 110 (not counting dots past plateau)? I got close with a 109. Caveat would be it's a 0.3 ALG dot so those tend to go higher.

Wait, wait... what? 107 is good? For 4 major attribute dots? I thought 102-105 was good. 107? I never really see the best powerbacks with more than 100 strength, and scatbacks usually 102-105 speed w/94~ agility, I thought. Really good 5 att TE builds I often see only 97-100 speed. 107? Do you mean for a QB or k/P or for 4 attribute dots? That seems like it really cuts into everything else, especially for a 4 AeQ build. Are you talking about only 2 AeQ? I'm confused.

As for the 116 speed elusive HB, well i applaud that for season 30, but in this day and age, I am not so sure an elusive HB could really cut it with only 74 agility. To be honest, looking at his replays (and of course the eye test is extremely subjective) he doesn't seem noticeably faster than the 160 speed 94 agility scatbacks, but they seem to break more tackles and do far more fakes. All I'm saying is that I think all our offensive lineman will have at least 88-90 agility, so 74 just doesn't seem enough for an elusive back but idk because its not something i ever personally thought to try.

107 was just an example of "extreme"

So it kinda depends on the .4 ALG dot. I agree that, with most powerbacks, you tend to see around 100 strength but consider that to make a good PHB you need Strength, Speed, Agility, Carrying, and even some decent Vision and Stamina. That's spreading out the training and SP's a bit. But an O-lineman can get by with a bit more in Strength and most do. Mine end up 104-107 generally speaking with 107 being a bit more common if I'm doing it right.
