I came back about 10 seasons ago as part of a multi-season surge of old inactive agents who came back to GLB around the same time, saw it was still running, and decided to start playing again. A lot of the dots that were created back then are nearing or reaching retirement age now, so I imagine there are some teams that are resetting to do it again. That could explain the sudden surge in Rookie teams. If so, great! It means these guys who came back have the bug again and are planning to stick around for a while.
My own Palookas have 2 more seasons before we have to decide: reset or fold. This makes me lean more toward Reset.
