I figured out the lower levels... and the top levels... it's the middle one's I'm trying to dope out. Where the kicker has plenty of Kicking... but is still working on Strength, Vision, and Confidence. Up until now I've done ok but I kinda feel I've hit a grey area where I'm not totally sure if I should re-set the FG distance in my AI's. I guess I'm a little old school... don't like leaving points on the field if they're in my hand already.
