Couldn't find in Wiki so askin here. At what score difference does GLB consider it a 'blow out' and start docking stats? And, is it incremental (example a 75-0 score is not penalized as much as a 175-0 score is)? Thanks in advance.
it starts at 70 and the adjusted stats are incremental until it gets to stats being 1/5th of the actual stats. i want to say that hits at 255 but I do not remember any more. the easiest way to figure it out is to find a team with lots of various blowouts and compare the actual to adjusted stats.
If i recall correctly, it actually starts at any win over 55 points, and scales down until 255 points (what is it w/ 255), at which point stats count for 20% the curve really drops off at the end. winning by 20-30 points over the line does almost nothing to stats. even winning by 150 the players still get at least 60%. Once the margin gets around 200 it drops off quickly
come to think of it, now i seem to remember 65 i could search high and low for it, but its irrelevant really, because until the differential is past 70 the reduction is so infinitesimal as to be almost unnoticeable; it really barely registers until up aound 100

Thanks Gup. It's not like you can do much about it when facing CPU teams but I found switching to a 100% run when ahead both slows down the scoring and speeds up the clock, helping a little bit.

i always had a 70pt set of plays that were designed specifically to be horrible on 1st and 2nd down. didnt always work but kept most games around that pt spread.
