are the stats listed raw or adjusted? raw stats are meaningless to the mvp formulas.

None of the above. It's the LG with 38 pancakes that hasn't played a single ST play.this. ST mvp equation is FUBAR.
you also have to take into account the position of the player. CB generally has an advantage, while FB is penalized. but it will depend on how many others are at the same position. a while back in back to back seasons, i saw the mvp rankings shift during the playoffs. thats not suppose to happen because playoffs dont count. by chance, both seasons i had been tracking the mvp races for my team, and knew who had dropped out. in 1 case, a wr had left the league after day 33 (i want to say he was on a cpu team and retired). the loss of that wr cause a reranking of the remaining wr , vaulting 1 wr from 3rd to 1st. i dont recall the specifics of the 2nd season, but again the mvp winner on day 33 was not the winner on day 40.

I gave up fighting about stmvp a few seasons ago when players who hadnt played a single down on ST started winning the mvp and yet got the standard "working as intended" excuse. more proof of how FUBAR it is is when 2 kickers are also on the stmvp/omvp rankings, and frequently they will be flipped flopped from the positions on the k/p mvp.
while not a stmvp example, here is a league where the kickers are in 1 order for k/p, yet the #2 k isnt even on the omvp ranking while the 2 below him are:
http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/league.pl?league_id=38. or this where the #1 k is behind 5 punters for mvp. or my 3 time kmvp who hasnt lost to another kicker yet, but 5 times to a punter.
mvp should have been a very simple calculation. give every player a mvp score and update it after every play. varying positive points for good plays and varying negative points for bad plays. at a certain score, points stop accumulating. instead of trying to add all of these meaningless factors. it would have also taken into acct games that were close until the proverbial 4th qtr collapse turned a close game into a blowout.
bort refuses to admit that the mvp formulas are messed up because it would prove that we had been right all the times that he simply said that it was working as intended.
