I'm not too happy with the direction he is going. What do you guys think can he be fixed or just retire?

I try to be as positive as anyone, but I think you should retire. Anything that you like about this build you can duplicate, but next time with a better effective level, which will allow you to be better at the things you don't like about this one.

Several things. #1, Strength is way too low. As a Possession Receiver, unlike Speed arches, a lot of your catches will be made in traffic. Strength is necessary to avoid KL's and to out-fight the defenders for the catch. #2, same with Carrying which is even more important than Strength for the same reasons. #3, jumping is also low which is important to out-leap the defenders to make the catches. Again, a Speed arch just outruns their defenders where any Possession style needs other skills like those I mentioned to make them useful as receivers. Because all 3 of those skills are low at this time and you're already level 59, I don't think you have the time remaining to save the build well enough. So I agree with Slocus that retirement is probably the best option.

Carrying is more important than strength...this dot rarely gets catches knocked loose, and he has an 83.4% catch rate in his first two seasons of plateau.
