When you are in your packages and under the plays using TE/BTE/FB/HB there are the following

Use Basic settings
Use Default

Run Route
Pass Block Left
Pass Block

Could someone briefly refresh my memory

Does using a TE to pass block left in SSB mean that both TEs will be on the left side of the line?

I have not used these in 20+ seasons but I am wanting to experiment without blowing winnable games.

Experiment in a scrim. Pass block left moves the TE to the left side of the line to help deal with the pass rush

No, both TE's will not line up on the left side in your scenario. You have to match up pass block left with the BTE and block right with the TE or you're likely not going to get them to do what you want.
