Claim as in be able to purchase a (however much built) dot from an inactive agent? 
I mean be able to auto-sign their dots to my team's roster. There's so many wasted dots teams could be use. Scouting for poaching would be fun too.
*edit ... I would not want to own the dot. Dot would come as is. Whatever equip, VAs, tactics it was abandoned with would stay same. In fact, builds can be completely closed and those dots are preferable to hiring CPUs.

i would have liked this at one point, but not sure about it now. i've seen players leave and then come back.

Great idea, but would require some coding so that if said agent returns they could drop themselves from said team....
More coding = ngth as they are done w/ GLB1
