Anyone know when the best time is to start rolling for equipment?

Basically, every 10 levels starting at 11, there's another "slot" in the store that opens up. Also, the longer you wait, the better your chances of getting a +3 or 5% piece are.
I usually swing for the fences once or twice at L21. Try a couple more times at 31. And go for real starting at 41. If you wait to long, you'll get pieces that are nonsensical +3 Punting with 5% avoid fake. Or worse, when rolling on your WR you'll get the +3 Strength, 5% Break Block piece that you need on your DT... which is enough to piss off the Pope.
31 or 41 is where I have most of my luck. You can get a blank 5% piece, and then add whatever attribute you want to on it.
