They actually should NOT count dots in decline towards positional limits/levels for freedot building. If they do, then that's about as stupid as the government sending out SS checks to dead people.

This past D40 had the longest window I've probably ever seen to build a free HB. Usually it's only for an hour or two early in the morning. You had pretty much all day Friday to build one.

Ffs... Of course this would be the season I had the free slot open, could stay awake, and actually remembered... Oh well, at least I got 50xp and 2 TPs for my trouble

My free slot wasn't retired

I have a free HB from last season. I haven't tried for one this season.
