I was actually asking for the creation of peewee players, which can be done up until the day turns over to day 1 without being at any disadvantage to peewee players created now or any time in-between.
Now would be a way to not have to worry about that question. If you want to boost to Lvl 4, then day 48 is the last day. I think the last day for training is around day 0 or day 1 because of tp accruing to 30 ( I think).

The seasons have ended on day 48 for as long as I can remember. There has been 17 days for the offseason as long.
