Level 1 recruiting is crazy at the start of the off season, would be helpful to at least give people a chance to declare what type of teams should be recruiting them.

he's asking for a rookie marketplace using the misguided assumption that there are a lot of players created who don't have teams already

unfortunately, this is really not the case. Nearly every dot created nowadays is created to fill a specific opening for a specific team. You have to be networked in to get on these signup sheets in many cases.

Possibly a better solution here would be to create a "New Team" marketplace, which would allow agents to commit dots to teams in advance of Day 40, allowing for better coordination and building. Heck, if we're pushing for autoboosts and toggles, we should also push for auto-creation of these new dots, which would automatically be signed to the team they've committed to on Day 41.
