I put one in yesterday and had no response - back in the day they used to respond almost immediately.

I am assuming that there are a lot more players these days so they are swamped but does anyone know the usual turnaround time for responses?

I hear diff responses as to how long it takes support to get back to you on tickets ranging from a couple days to taking a couple weeks.

No Darkus, have you not been keeping up with the game or are you being a smart ass here. There is a LOT less players these days than what use to be around in the day

Umm, last time I was here regularly was 600 days minus however many days there are in a season.

Maybe they work faster nowadays and will respond back before season 60

This is annoying. Season is about to start and I was getting all excited about playing again.

Pretty sure support is discontinued. Your only hope is for an admin to accidentally click on your request.
